Intergalactic Games (K-3)

Students will learn about winter sports and design uniforms for the United Colonies of Earth teams participating in the first Intergalactic Winter Games.

The mission starts with a briefing informing the crew that Kore's officials want to host the first annual Intergalactic Games, inspired by Earth's Winter Olympics. However, they need help understanding winter sports. The crew is tasked with learning about three of the most common winter sports: skiing, figure skating, and snowboarding. Students will learn about each sport’s history, key details, and fun facts. In addition to this, teams will design creative uniforms for the UCE athletes participating in these sports prior to seeing the sports in action. As the grand finale, at the end of the mission, students will get to steer RALF in a bobsledding race against some GAL-Delilahs.
